to our third annual joint production sale!

Again,
this year, we at Tullyfergus will join with our great
friends Rita Partee, Fleur de Lis farms and Roger and
Alice
McCracken, McCracken Vu Angus. We firmly believe we have
an outstanding offering packed with the type of quality
you
expect and deserve from us all.
At
Tullyfergus our primary focus is on producing the type
and kind of herd bulls that will repay your investment
time and
time again. We stress fundamental qualities of calving
ease, maternal ability, fertility and disposition.
From these
fundamentals the more easily measured and attained
traits of growth, carcass quality and ease of fleshing
will come.
This
year’s bull calf crop is, we believe, our
best yet in overall quality. Certain individuals,
as usual, have caught our
attention throughout the summer and early fall, however
we feel confident that we have bulls with a range of
positive traits
to bring to the table and we want to help you find
the individual that best suits your program.
The
bulls will sell for delivery next May / June and are
being sold on that basis. If you wish you can take
your bull home on sale day for ¾ of the purchase
price and develop how you see fit. For
example, if you buy a bull for $2000 you can take
him that day for $1500.
For bulls left with us to develop the terms are 50%
down sale day and the
balance on delivery next spring.
The
show heifer prospects that we are offering come
straight from our replacement pens. All have
sisters retained in our herds.
We
hope to have these heifers halter broke and gentle
ready for you to show, several
have been shown already. The show steer prospects
include some
Charolais and Hereford x Angus for the first
time.

A
special lot this year is the pick of the Pathfinders
to flush to the bull of your choice, a great way to
build a herd from a proven foundation.
There
are several cow/calf pairs and bred heifers in this
offering that will make excellent foundation quality
stock.
We
